Great- easy to make. Had to make sure the oil was hot enough for them to puff up ( otherwise they will not puff up in the oil!).

I love shrimp chips. It’s not too thick, they pop up quickly in the hot oil. Add your favorite seasoning or eat them as is. It’s a yummy quick treat.
