We are available to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your order (for example, if you would like to order whole fish, clean fish, cutlets, or remove guts and giblets etc.). Fish typically lose approximately 30% of their weight after they have been cleaned and gutted.
Please let us know if you would like whole fish options (with guts and giblets).
The meat is available in cutlet, steak, and fillet forms (often skinned).
Or cleaned, PEELED (Prawns, When peeled, prawns lose approximately 50% of their weight) please include them in the Order Note. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone at 1300827170.
