Platter includes 

1 Kg  Tiger Prawns 

1 salmon fillet about 150grams to 200grams 

2Doz Sydney Rock oyster 

2 piece bugs cooked 

2 pieces blue swimmer cooked crab 

1 cooked WA lobster approx. 250grams to 500 grams ( cut in 2 pieces)  

ENQUIRIES IN GENERAL

We are available to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your order (for example, if you would like to order whole fish, clean fish, cutlets, or remove guts and giblets etc.). Fish typically lose approximately 30% of their weight after they have been cleaned and gutted.

Please let us know if you would like whole fish options (with guts and giblets).
The meat is available in cutlet, steak, and fillet forms (often skinned).
Or cleaned, PEELED (Prawns, When peeled, prawns lose approximately 50% of their weight) please include them in the Order Note. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone at 1300827170. (Note : In order to determine the exact size and weight of the fish, please contact us prior to purchase)

We will contact you immediately upon receiving your order to confirm the product and the timing of delivery. In Sydney and surrounding suburbs, we usually deliver seafood within 2.5 hours.
For same-day delivery, please place your order by 1:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday) Saturday before 11:00am for same day delivery. 

Order after 1:00 p.m. for next day delivery. The order must be placed before midnight in order to be delivered the next day
